We are a locally owned food trailer proudly serving authentic slow-smoked barbecue in Cornwall, Ontario. We source our meats from a local butcher who works directly with Ontario farms, allowing us to support local agriculture while providing the highest quality products to our customers.

Our journey began years ago with the development of our own homemade sauces and rubs, recipes that remain exclusive to our business today. Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for great barbecue, we have earned multiple awards for both our barbecue and our signature sauces.

Community support is at the heart of everything we do. Many local businesses have expressed interest in collaborating with us, and we are excited about the partnerships and opportunities that continue to grow. We also have a strong lineup of catering events booked, reflecting the support we have received from both individuals and organizations throughout the region.

From the construction of our trailer to the products we serve, we have made a conscious effort to support small businesses within our community. Cornwall has been instrumental in our success, and we are proud to give back by supporting fellow local entrepreneurs whenever possible
