Winterhill Forest Farm is a small-scale, family-run maple syrup producer uniquely located on the Niagara Escarpment within Ontario’s Greenbelt. Specializing in award-winning, traditionally crafted maple syrup, we take pride in sustainable forestry practices and high-quality production. We also raise Shetland sheep, producing premium raw fleeces for historical reenactments and hand-spinning demonstrations, along with heritage breed chickens and Sebastopol geese. Our farm is committed to preserving heritage breeds, supporting local agriculture, and maintaining the ecological integrity of the Greenbelt.
