Smith Enniskillen Company Limited, is the founding pioneer of the new, adult consumer, manufactured food-type consumer product category of Multiple-Amounts Gummy Confectionery with Added Beneficial Amines, for Adults.
Our founding product brand family is SE Gummy Bars, proudly Made-in-Canada by Canadians. SE Gummy Bar Confectionery is initially available in the founding product: SE Steady, with GABA HCl, a naturally-occurring calming relaxant.
Our Gummy Confectionery products, and the green chemistry processes for producing the Beneficial Amines such as GABA HCl in them, were developed by our company founder, and are supported and protected by intellectual property patent protection, through Canadian Patents CA 3132224 and CA 3153977.
Canadian founded, owned and operated, our in-house operations include most steps of the supply chain, from research & development and intellectual property ownership, through both Beneficial Amine synthesis & manufacture, and finished Gummy Bar confectionery product formulating, labeling & packaging manufacture, in our own in-house production facility, to online product retail store & corporate websites operation. Our approach is Made-in-Canada, and we are in support of a vibrant Made-in-Canada manufacturing sector.
At our heart, Smith Enniskillen is a manufacturing company, and are always seeking global distribution or wholesale opportunities for our products, to be supplied with expanded manufacturing capacity, at home and abroad. OUR FOUNDING PRODUCT

Each gummy bar is a premium blend of glycerin, gelatin, and GABA HCl, with a sweet strawberry flavour, and is free of glucose sugar. It can be chewed, cut, melted under the tongue, and swallowed. Compact and portable, it can be carried with you, throughout your day.
SE Steady Gummy Bars can provide multiple sliced amounts of GABA HCl, a naturally occurring, calming relaxant, per bar.
A slice from the gummy bar placed under the tongue, will melt within 6 - 10 minutes.
The feel of the bar is soft but firm, with a mildly sticky surface. It's colour may slightly vary, as a shade of red.
