Bitty Birds Bakery and Homestead

Bitty Birds Bakery was created by Ashley after becoming frustrated with the difficulties she faced navigating social situations as someone with celiac disease. 

Throughout her life food was how friends and family gathered. After discovering she had celiac disease, these formerly enjoyable events became stressful and sometimes exclusionary. 

Her main goal with Bitty Birds Bakery is to prove that gluten free food doesn’t have to be difficult, dry or poor tasting by creating treats that are indistinguishable from their gluten containing cousins. 

Bitty Birds Bakery also uses a blog and social media to share celiac safe food and party ideas while educating people on what celiac disease actually is to spread knowledge and understanding.
