Selamat Datang (Welcome) to Kopi Thyme, where we bring you the best of Southeast Asian flavours with a whole lot of heart, nostalgia, and a pinch of innovation! Our sauces are crafted from cherished family recipes passed down through generations, and we’ve made it our mission to share these vibrant, comforting flavours with you in the easiest, most fun way possible. Proudly Ontario-made, we’re passionate about delivering the true taste of Southeast Asia
Our Story
Kopi Thyme began from humble cooking adventures in Saskatoon. As two food lovers (Sara and Tao Yee) we spent weekends experimenting in the kitchen, recreating the dishes we grew up with. But cooking every day as busy adults proved to be a challenge, and we couldn’t help but notice the lack of locally-made Southeast Asian products in Canada. So, we decided to change that! From our love of food and the desire to make cooking hassle-free, Kopi Thyme was born.
Our sauces are inspired by the beloved dishes of Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Vietnamese flavours we’ve fallen in love with here in Canada. We’ve worked hard to preserve the essence of Southeast Asia while making them easy, quick, and totally fun to use. Whether you're cooking, dipping, or marinating, our flavours will take your meals to the next level without any stress.
At Kopi Thyme, we believe that food should be easy, delicious, and, most importantly, something that brings people together. Made with all-natural ingredients and designed to be inclusive for all dietary needs, our products turn every meal into a tasty adventure.
