Tru Essence is a Toronto based, family run tea company specializing in handcrafted herbal wellness teas that are blended and packaged in Canada.

At the heart of our business is our collection of premium herbal blends, which are thoughtfully created by our family in Toronto using high quality herbs, flowers, roots, and botanicals sourced from trusted growers. Our signature blends include Saffron Serenity, Ashwa Glow, Tulsi Bloom, Hibiscus Harmony, Chamomile Calmer, and Refreshing Peppermint. These are carefully formulated for both exceptional flavour and functional wellness benefits.

Alongside our herbal offerings, we also feature a curated selection of teas sourced directly from small, sustainable tea estates in Darjeeling India. This includes First Flush, Second Flush, Oolong, Dark Tea, Green Tea, Jasmine Green Tea, Earl Grey, Masala Chai, and Sencha Green Tea. These teas are packaged with care in Canada and complement our core line of Canadian-made herbal blends.
