Aidan's Gluten Free was established in 2008 even though it's roots began 10 years earlier when Grant's son, Aidan was diagnosed with autism.  Anecdotal evidence suggested a gluten-free diet would benefit a child with autism, and the gluten-free journey began.

It started with the commercial products available at the time, none of which were tried more than once before being abandoned.  Eventually, the journey turned to cookbooks for solutions.  Long, complex recipes seemed to go to great lengths to be overly complicated and were also left behind.  There had to be something better - something that was healthy, convenient, and authentic, delivering on the taste, texture and performance of real bread.

Understanding that people with other food allergies would suffer the same need and frustration as gluten-free consumers, a vision was formed - Aidan's Gluten Free would be manufactured in a dedicated facility free of all major allergens, hence we evolved as food manufacturer for consumers coping with food allergies and sensitivities.

Today, Aidan's Gluten Free is available nationally offering:

• An authentic, European style bread experience.
• Products made with natural, non-GMO ingredients and no preservatives
• Products free of - gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, nuts, peanuts and sesame, also free of other priority allergens - fish, shellfish and mustard
• Products that are lower in sugar, salt and fat to many of our competitors
• A variety of products that integrate with any aspect of the consumers daily routines
