Seaborn Manufacturing is a Waterloo, Ontario based built to print metal fabrication company supporting OEMs, equipment manufacturers, industrial manufacturers, and infrastructure related companies with build to print metal components, weldments and assemblies.

Seaborn's Ontario facility provides heavy plate laser cutting up to 2" thick sheet and plate laser cutting, CNC tube bending, tube laser cutting, CWB certified welding 47.1 & 47.2, forming, machining and assembly. This gives customers a single supply source for cut parts, formed components, weldments, frames, brackets, equipment skids, machine bases and finished assemblies. 

We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, to support our clients on going production requirements. While we may review project based work our strength lies in repeat production, larger on-going orders and long-term supplier support. Seaborn is well suited to industrial buyers who need dependable fabrication, quality welding, dimensional control, and clear communication from an Ontario manufacturing partner.

Seaborn manufactures tube components using our CNC tube benders and in house tube laser cutting. We support customers requiring accurate tubular parts, welded tube assemblies, frames, handles, guards, supports, ROPS (roll over protection systems), machine parts and production tube fabrication.

Seaborn Maufactruing offers precision laser cutting from gauge metal to 2" thick steel and stainless steel and aluminum to 1" thick. Laser cut components can be supplied as individual parts or as a portion of a larger built to print fabrication program involving forming, welding, machining and assembly. Seaborn provides laser cutting for sheet, plate and tube components.

We support OEM customers with built to print weldments and fabricated assemblies. These can include laser cutting, robotic welding, Certified welding, forming, tube bending, machining, inspection and final assembly.
