Cedar Valley

What began as a high school project has turned into a mission to share our family's original recipes inspired by our heritage in the Beqaa Valley of Lebanon. 

In 2015, Ameen received a $3000 grant from his high school. With this support, he teamed up with his mom, Surria, to bring her authentic homemade pita chips to families everywhere. 

We began in our humble little home kitchen, and now, our authentic, all-natural pita chips are made in our very own 12,000 sq. ft. production facility, with our products available in grocery stores across North America! 

As a family-run business, Cedar Valley is rooted in our cherished family values. We believe life's greatest moments happen around the dinner table, surrounded by good food, laughter, and love. Our aim is to share a part in creating those special memories with your loved ones, one delicious and wholesome snack at a time.
