Bourbon Cherry Jam
Definitely one of our more decadent jams, Bourbon Cherry brings together sour cherries, Bourbon whiskey, vanilla and just enough sugar to make a luxurious sauce that you can use as you would any jam, of course, but it is also sublime on top of vanilla ice cream, cheesecake or with baked brie or other cheeses. Also try it to glaze your meats.
Ingredients: Cherries, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, Bourbon whiskey, vanilla extract.
Vegan, gluten-free.
Made without added pectin or large quantities of sugar. Can be kept 12+ months if unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4-6 weeks.
