Butter Crackers
These crackers are the delicious result of fusing butter and spent brewery grains. Baked, not fried, they are perfect for pairing with hummus on a charcuterie board or on their own whenever you feel peckish for a crunchie snack.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, brewery barley grain, unsalted butter (milk), kamut, spelt, sesame seeds, sugar, sea salt, baking powder, and yeast.
Shelf life: 2 months, kept in sealed pouch, at room temperature.
