Butter Keeper

Two piece Ceramic vessel also known as a butter bell. Butter is put into lid of vessel and submerged into a small amount of water in the lower half of the vessel in order to keep butter from going bad.
All pieces are made with cone 6 stoneware, a durable and strong clay, and glazed/decorated using various colours of well tested, food safe glazes and different decoration techniques.
Each piece is handcrafted, so no two pieces are the same.
