Custom Table
Pictured is a custom dining table completed in March of 2023.
A handcrafted red oak table, inspired by Japanese design and customized to the clients liking. Designed to work in conjunction with the built-in bench in the client's home. The trestle base provides strong and low-profile support and allows ease when sliding in and out of the bench. The curved ends and sides were a unique detail added to further customize this table as well as another feature to allow easy access to the bench.
Colour samples were provided to the client and the table was hand oiled with the colour of their choosing. The client wanted to minimize the red oak look and lean into a white oak feel.
