A favourite of kids and adults alike, our sliced multigrain loaf is made, fresh every day, with 4 different whole grains, slowly fermented over days to increase nutritional value, flavour, and digestibility. Great for school lunches!
Ingredients: organic whole wheat, water, organic spelt, organic rye, brewery barley grains, unbleached all-purpose wheat flour, salt, and non-commercial sourdough culture.
Shelf life: 4 days in a bag at room temperature. Freeze up to 3 months.
