The DESCH Tevox® Direct Drive offers an innovative, energy-efficient solution for both mobile and stationary systems, in recycling and other mobile machines. This advanced system integrates a gearbox, clutch, and electric motor into a modular design, providing a broad torque range from 10 kNm to 400 kNm. It is available with single-stage or multi-stage planetary gearboxes, designed to withstand high alternating loads while ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. The system includes an overload clutch for drivetrain protection and features continuous torque measurement via DESCHtorque, enabling precise monitoring. Additionally, it offers a direct replacement for electro-hydraulic drive systems, enhancing overall energy efficiency and operational reliability.
