Frameless folding glass is mounted on top of our railing glass or an existing railing or other half wall and onto the ceiling structure up top. This system is a sensible choice for condominium balconies or for homes where the deck is elevated and is required by the building code to have a railing. The bottom part is fixed, but the top is retractable and can be opened to allow fresh air in, or closed to keep the elements out.
