Ingredients: unbleached untreated all purpose flour, water, unbleached untreated bread flour, brewery barley grains, cane sugar, salt, yeast, diastatic malt powder, durum semolina, and olive oil.
Available individually or in packs of 4.
Shelf life: 2 days in a bag at room temperature. Freeze up to 3 months.
