Great Expectations Gin
Great Expectations is our Ontario Terroir Gin, made with locally foraged Staghorn Sumac, Sweet gale, and Burdock root. This is Ontario’s truly home-grown Gin. It has a dynamic botanical flavour with the lovely tartness of sumac, warm earthiness of burdock root and the delicate flavour of sweet gale in addition to juniper.
