GUYANESE WIRI WIRI HOT SAUCE
Inspired by my background, being the youngest child of Guyanese parents this Hot Sauce is in my blood.
The Wiri Wiri pepper is a beautiful round pepper that looks almost like a small cherry and is quite hot. There colours can range from green to orange and are bright red when fully ripe. It's heat level is from 100,000 - 350,000 SHU. They originate from Guyana which is located at the North end of South America and this pepper is near and dear to my heart. You couldn't eat a meal without some of this pepper either drizzled on your food or somehow incorporated into the dish. It has a wonderful flavour that will keep you wanting to make something you can eat it with. Made with ALL NATURAL ingredients. GLUTEN FREE!
