Hard Honey Seltzers

Our hard honey seltzers are crafted from raw Ontario honey harvested from our own bee yards throughout the GTA. We’ve crafted three delicious flavours made from simple ingredients. We start off by brewing a base of fermented honey and water, never using sugars or syrups. Then we add in some natural flavourings and carbonation to make the perfect seltzers – naturally, gluten free.

Cherry:
Combining our honey with sour cherries and flora aromas with notes of pink roses provides a bright and refreshing mead. Alcohol content of 5%.

Peach:
This mead has aromas of caramelized peach with a touch of cinnamon. A sweet, easy drinking brew. Alcohol content of 5%.

Hopped:
Smooth honey and hops blended together to make a delicious seltzer with aromas of lemongrass and spice, balanced with honeysuckle and a subtle pineapple finish. Alcohol content of 5%.
