Sirop d'érable du lac Horn

We craft small batches of Canadian Maple Syrup right in the Almaguin Highlands on Horn Lake. At Horn Lake, we tap sugar maple trees and boil the sap over a wood fire, just like our ancestors did. This slow, careful process creates a deep caramel flavor and rich aroma you can smell as it simmers in the sugar shack.
