Kacaba Vineyards Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 2017
We’ve done it again! The 2017 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay is big, bold and beautiful. After 10 Months in primarily French Oak this Chard is expressive. On the nose caramel coated honey crisp apples and Meyer lemon tease the senses. The palate is lush and lingers a long time with citrus and vanilla. Enjoy this wine on its own or pair it with sea shrimp, scallops or almost any seafood.
