Lemon Ginger Green
Canadian Ingredient: Citrus Peel (Toronto, Ontario)
This steamed green tea is layered with pure ginger root and locally sourced lemon peel from a nearby juice maker. Delicious hot or iced.
Traditional Preparation: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to a tea filter or strainer (or use one tea bag). Steep in 8-12 oz freshly boiled water that has been allowed to cool to 180 - 190 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Delicious on its own, or lightly sweetened. Enjoy!
