Made to Order Products

Every made-to-order item is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed—it is not taken from pre-made inventory.

All of our wood is purchased locally from suppliers in Southwestern Ontario, and most of the wood we use comes from Ontario.

Depending on the product, you can select the wood, stain or paint colour, hardware and decorative details. Customization may include:

• Choice of Stencilling and paint colour
• Wood or epoxy inlays with your choice of epoxy colour
• Choice of Hardware / Accessories including rope, dowels, knobs, handles, and other hardware

Each product listing explains the choices available for that item. If you would like something beyond the listed options, contact us to discuss a custom order.

Once your order is placed, we will communicate with you throughout the process and send progress photographs as your piece is being built. Made-to-order products will be completed and ready to ship within three weeks. Carrier transit time begins after production is complete. Most carriers deliver within 1-3 days across most of Canada.

We ship throughout Canada using ClickShip, a Canadian shipping platform that offers delivery choices from major carriers. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Free shipping is available within Canada on orders of $120 CAD or more. Local pickup and delivery within approximately two hours of Sarnia are also available.
