Mama Truddie is a powerhouse. After emigrating from Nigeria to teach University in USA and Canada, she gave birth to the founder of Beko Foods Inc. in Montreal. She is a fierce supporter of youth education and volunteers her time in local churches. She inspired Beko to love food, work hard, be honest, and to always find time for family.
