At the centre of Members Village is a configurable membership CRM and database. Member profiles, organizations, membership history, renewals, event activity, communications, payments, and other records can be managed from a central system.

Members can securely access their own information through a self-service portal, while staff and administrators manage the organization through the same platform. Because the apps share the same underlying data, information can move between membership, events, email, websites, forms, directories, and financial activity without maintaining separate databases for each tool.
