Modular Cleanroom Panel

The Galvanized Steel partition wall is a structure with a thickness of 50 mm, made of two-sided 24 Gauge thick external GI polyurethane powder coated sheet and internal insulation, which can vary according to the project requirements.

Each panel made by ACH is completely sealed on all 4 sides, designed to create the structure and complete closure of the internal insulation.

GI panels are supplied with EPS types of insulation for walls. The densities of such insulations are extremely high, to guarantee superior mechanical stability of the wall itself.

GI panels are supplied with EPS core for ceiling system. This system is walkable with 50 mm and non walkable with 25 mm thickness.

Ceiling System Features

• Pre-fab Pre-cut walkable ceiling (Provision for Light, HEPA, LAF etc.)
• EPS ceiling panel consisting of 2-7/32” (56mm) wide aluminum extrusion main tee and cross tees of identical shape which is designed as a walk-on frame construction with high deflection strength.
• Single 3-5 mm joint between two panel
• Max size (Height – 116″, Width – 44″)
• Option available to design ceiling grid for better aesthetic view
• Standard ceiling panel load bearing more than 50 PSF

Panel Conformance

• Fire resistance/surface burning resistance capacity as per ASTM E84-17 – Class 1 or Class A

• Fire resistance/surface burning resistance capacity as per UL 723/ NFPA 255 – Class 1 or Class A

• Fire resistance/surface burning resistance capacity as per CAN CSUL102.2 – Passed with FSR 5 and SDC 55

• Suspended Ceiling load bearing as per ASTM E72-15 Section 11 – 50 PSF

• Design compliant with ISO 14644 / GMP / FDA
