Saucisse vietnamienne au miel et à l'ail
Nem Nướng is a cured Vietnamese pork sausage that is traditionally skewered or formed into patties and grilled at medium-high heat over and open charcoal grill. It is typically used as a filler for Vietnamese fresh rolls (gỏi cuốn) where it is wrapped in rice paper along with rice vermicelli (bún), cucumber and fresh herbs or served as a main dish on top of rice vermicelli (bún). Nem Nướng is typically sweeter in flavour than other Vietnamese pork sausages like chả lụa and is typically accompanied with a dipping sauce.
