Fruitée, vive et très forte. La sauce Gold a remporté le prix d'excellence 2025 du magazine canadien Alla Salute dans la catégorie meilleure sauce piquante canadienne (Best Canadian Hot Sauce), ainsi que la 1re place dans la catégorie Hot aux Eternal Flame Awards du Heatwave Hot Sauce Expo 2019. Entièrement naturelle, sans agents de conservation artificiels, sans glutamate monosodique (GMS) et sans colorants artificiels. Végane et certifiée sans gluten.
