Oaxaca Cheese Pablo
Oaxaca originates from the Mexican state of Oaxaca for which it is named. It is an artisanal unripened cheese made with 100% cow’s milk. This unique cheese is handmade by stretching the curd into long ribbons that are then gently knotted & formed into a ball. This slightly salty, mild flavored cheese is an excellent addition to a variety of dishes such as quesadillas, fondues or enchiladas. Oaxaca is a versatile cheese that can be shredded, thinly sliced, grilled or baked.
