Palatine Hills Gewurztraminer Icewine

he Icewine from the Gewurztraminer grape variety is light gold in colour, with aromas of grapefruit, apricot, spice and honey, and has a natural acidity that provides an ideal counterpoint to its delicious sweetness. A fine example of the Canadian craft of Icewine, rendered in the usual Palatine format. Wonderful by itself, also a superb accompaniment to creamy desserts, custards, souffles, fruit desserts and poundcake.
