Notre mélange aromatique Panch Phoron, également connu sous le nom de Bengali 5 Spice, est fabriqué de manière traditionnelle. Il fonctionne à merveille pour aromatiser les lentilles, les sautés de légumes, les cornichons et parfois même avec de la viande. Faites chauffer le panch phoran dans l'huile jusqu'à ce qu'il éclate avant d'ajouter vos ingrédients. Excellent dans le curry de chou-fleur et le Jeera, riz à l'indienne.
