Bright and tropical, with a sweet, fruity heat. Fresh pineapple brings the sweetness, habanero adds fruity warmth, and scotch bonnet rounds it out, all blended into our Nigerian-style tomato base. A solid medium heat with a real kick, but still balanced by the sweetness.

A step up from Mama Truddie's and not far off Tina's. Made for tacos, seafood, wings, salads and pizza. Try it in a Caesar or with tequila, or on dessert too.

Named for Penny, a close friend of the founders whose sunny, sweet-and-spicy spirit inspired this sauce.
