Wild-caught Pickerel is harvested by a group of local fishermen off the shores of Lake Erie, in the small fishing village Wheatley, Ontario. Pickerel is a delicious and nutritious white-fleshed fish perfect for a Friday night fish fry! Wheatley has been heralded as the freshwater fishing capital of the World.
