Preserves
We start by hand planting Canadian heirloom, organic seeds each season, and growing produce to use within our traditional and unique preserves. Our large market gardens are always pesticide and spray free and we combat any unwanted pests by using ducks throughout the gardens. We also have a small orchard, and fruit bushes for our jams and jellies.
