Beautiful inside and out, this kombucha is infused with colourful, antioxidant-rich butterfly pea flower and sweet hints of cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger.

Our authentic kombucha is first fermented in oak wine barrels repurposed from an Ontario winery. We combine organic oolong tea, organic fairtrade cane sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) we have nurtured for many years. It is then moved into a secondary fermentation where we add a blend of organic butterfly pea flower, cardamom, cinnamon, and dry ginger. We do NOT force carbonate and there are no additives or preservatives. A final fermentation in the bottle creates natural carbonation, preserves the health benefits of fermentation and makes every batch of Collingwood Kombucha wildly unique.
