Rachel's Corned Beef
Make this easy to prepare, flavourful classic the centrepiece to your next meal. Every Rachel's product starts with delicious, healthy, beef. A fresh mix of hand-picked spices designed to heighten the flavour of this tender cut of beef. Rachel's take on this time-honoured standard is packed with a flavour that will keep bringing you back.
1. Remove corned beef from packaging and place in a pot.
2. Add enough water to cover the product.
3. Bring water to a boil, reduce temperature to medium-low and allow to simmer for 2-3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
4. Remove from pot. Slice and serve.
