Red Tart (Sour) Cherries

We harvest sour cherries from Ontario orchards, then cool, sort and remove the pit (seed) from the fruit before freezing for long term storage. We will then sell the frozen product for further manufacturing, such as pie fill, bakery products, dried cherries or juice.
