Bold flavour first, then a warmth that lingers. Scotch bonnet brings the fruit, habanero adds depth, and jalapeño keeps it bright, all blended into our Nigerian-style tomato base. The heat builds gently without overpowering your food.

The hottest of our three sauces, but still all about flavour. Made for food with some weight to it: Jamaican patties, wings, stews, soups, eggs and kimchi rice. Try a few drops on fresh fruit or ice cream too.

Named for Tina, a Toronto pastry chef whose sweet-and-fiery personality inspired this sauce.
