Hey Tina! Come get some food. This flavourful trifecta of peppers makes all your foods better. With scotch bonnet, habanero, and jalapeno, Tina brings a lingering heat whilst our tomato base balances this pepper-forward sauce. A little hotter than hot wings, Tina is our favourite sauce for any Jamaican patty, is great in soup, on eggs, with fruit, and pretty much anything you can think of.



Tina is a tiny, but fiery, bad*ss tattooed pastry chef in the High Park neighbourhood of Toronto. She is the co-founder’s cousin and one of the strongest supporters of Beko Foods Inc. in the family. Her family started a Vietnamese restaurant when they immigrated to Canada as refugees in the early 1980s, and she continues to contribute to the family business, which is approaching its 40th year.
