Tube-Mac non-welded 37° Flare Flange System
The 37° flare flange connection is based on flaring the pipe ends to 37° and utilizing flare flanges and cone inserts. There are two cone inserts per union connection. One cone insert has an “O-Ring Face” and the other has a “Flat Face”. Mating these cone inserts and drawing the flanges together forms the connection. Both internal cones have backup O-rings.
Standard flare flanges and pipes are available from 1/2″ – 10″ and pressures, depending on size, up to 6,000 PSI (420 bar). Tube-Mac® standard connection styles conform to SAE Code 61 / ISO 6162-1, SAE Code 62 / ISO 6162-2, and ISO 6164 flanges. We can provide custom flange patterns upon request.
