Made from 100% Ontario barley, sourced from K2 Milling in Beeton, Ontario, who in turn source from small family farms, largely organic, within 100 km of their mill.
Triple distilled, and carbon filtered for smoothness, we don't distill our vodka until no flavour remains. A touch of barley sweetness lingers in the background, making it a perfect sipper or mixer.
